Salvador Guerrero Palomares is Chair of the Criminal Law Committee of the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE). He is also Associate Lecturer in Procedural Law at the University of Malaga (UMA) and Member of the CCBE Permanent Delegation to the European Court of Human Rights.
