A standard form is now available by which to issue requests for judicial cooperation between the competent authorities of the EU and the UK and Northern Ireland. It was designed by the Specialised Committee established by Article 8(1)(r) of the Trade and Cooperation Agreement between the European Union and the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
