Prof. Dr. Anne Weyembergh is full time Professor at the ULB. Together with Serge de Biolley, she founded the European Criminal Law Academic Network (ECLAN) in 2004. She has been co-coordinating the Network (with Valsamis Mitsilegas and Katalin Ligeti).
