Els De Busser conducts research on cybersecurity, data protection and European and international cooperation, and information exchange in criminal matters especially in the transatlantic relationship. Els is a researcher in the The Hague Program for Cyber Norms. She was Senior Researcher at the Max Planck Institute for Foreign and Criminal Law and former managing editor of eucrim.
