European Chief Prosecutor: Poland Systematically Refuses Cooperation with EPPO
The European Chief Prosecutor informed the Commission of Poland's systematic refusal to cooperate with the EPPO. Poland has refused to apply the regular, binding EU judicial cooperation instruments as well as to sign a working arrangement with the new EU body for tackling crimes against the EU's financial interests.

CJEU again Finds Romanian Judicial System Flawed
The CJEU delivered a judgment on the Romanian rules and practice to hinder ordinary courts to assess compatibility of national provisions with EU law. AG: PNR Directive is in Line with EU Charter
In his opinion replying to a reference for preliminary ruling by the Belgian Constitutional Court, AG Pitruzzella concluded that, in essence, the EU's PNR Directive is compatible with the Charter of Fundamental Rights. Only one point in the definition of PNR data in the Annex of the Directive is too broad and thus inapplicable. The duration of retention must however be limited to what is strictly necessary.
