With effect from 1 December 2018, the IT application e-Curia is becoming the only means of exchange of legal documents between the parties of the case and the General Court. Apart from very few exceptions relating to observing the principle of access to the courts, the change affects all parties (applicants, defendants, and interveners) and all types of procedures, including the urgent procedure. Lawyers and agents can apply for an e-Curia account by using the form for requesting access.
