The second staff exchange initiative took place between the European Defence Agency (EDA), the permanent Computer Emergency Response Team (CERT-EU), the EU Cybersecurity Agency (ENISA), and Europol’s European Cybercrime Centre (EC3).

From 17 to 20 February 2020, experts from the different agencies met in Brussels to learn about each other’s priorities and practices, focusing on strategic developments in cyber defence. In addition, they met with industry representatives and were trained in threat hunting.
