Following the entry into force of its new Regulation, the College of Eurojust adopted new rules of procedure for Eurojust on 20 December 2019. The rules of procedure outline further functions as well as the election and dismissal procedures of the President and Vice-Presidents of Eurojust. Furthermore, they regulate the meetings of the College, its quorum, and its voting rules.

The composition and functioning of the Executive Board as well as the appointment of the administrative director form another integral part of these rules. The rules of procedure also set forth rules for written and preparatory consultation procedures, working groups, and on how to handle declarations of interest, conflicts of interest, information duties, and resolutions of disagreements.
