Memorandum of Understanding on JIT Funding

On 1 July 2018, Eurojust and Europol signed a Memorandum of Understanding to ensure closer cooperation with regard to the funding of JITs. With the MoU, rules and conditions for the benefit of those requesting funding from the national authorities are established.
