Main Trends of Eurojust's 2025 Casework Presented Visually
Eurojust has complemented its Annual Report 2025 with four concise visual publications. The new format makes the information contained in the 2025 Annual Report (→eucrim news of 28 May 2026) more accessible.
The visual publications present the main findings, figures, and developments in focused, easy-to-read overviews. They complement the full Annual Report by allowing readers to access specific aspects of Eurojust’s work without having to consult the report as a whole. This facilitates a quicker overview of the Agency’s activities from its 2025 casework: key developments, achievements, and trends in 2025.
Four areas are covered:
- <Eurojust Regulation Evaluated> presents the main findings of the European Commission’s evaluation of the Regulation and highlights key developments in the Agency’s work between 2019 and 2024;
- <Eurojust Home to Global Justice – Cooperation Outside the EU’s Borders> provides an overview of Eurojust’s cooperation with partner countries worldwide, including cooperation agreements, working arrangements, networks, and operational casework involving third countries;
- <Key Developments in Judicial Cooperation> focuses on the Agency’s judicial cooperation tools and activities, including coordination meetings, coordination centres, and support for Joint Investigation Teams. It also highlights the emerging areas in which national authorities increasingly seek Eurojust’s assistance;
- <Casework & Crime> provides a visual breakdown of Eurojust’s casework in 2025, including the main crime types addressed and key operational figures. It also compares the number of cases supported by the Agency in 2020 and 2025.
