At the end of June 2026, the College of Eurojust extended the mandate of its Administrative Director, Vincent Jamin, for a further four-year term. The extension comes at a crucial time, as the revision of the Eurojust Regulation is underway.

During his first term as Administrative Director (→eucrim news of 12 October 2023), Jamin oversaw several key developments for the Agency:

• The launch of the International Centre for the Prosecution of the Crime of Aggression against Ukraine (ICPA);
• The establishment of the Core International Crimes Evidence Database (CICED);
• The creation of the European Judicial Organised Crime Network (EJOCN);
• The development of Eurojust’s new Case Management System.
