Eurojust and the Republic of Korea Sign Working Arrangement

On 30 April 2025, Eurojust and the Republic of Korea signed a Working Arrangement to enhance their cooperation in in the fight against serious and organised crime. The arrangement facilitates strategic collaboration and the exchange of information between Eurojust and the authorities of the Republic of Korea (South Korea) as well as the establishment of Eurojust contact points. It does not permit the exchange of operational personal data. The Republic of Korea is the first Asian country to sign such an arrangement with Eurojust.
