In order to assist with requests for mutual legal assistance in criminal matters to the UK under the Trade and Cooperation Agreement, the EJN now offers a form that can be downloaded from its website. The form, which can be used on a voluntary basis, is available in all EU languages in Word format. Information about the UK's competent authorities and other important practicalities can be found by referring to the UK section of the EJN website. The EJN plans to integrate the forms into its Compendium which facilitates the drafting of requests for MLA.
