On 16 January 2018, The ECtHR released a series of five new factsheets on its case law on the following themes:

• Access to the Internet and the freedom to receive and impart information;
• Deprivation of citizenship;
• Legal professional privilege;
• Accompanied and unaccompanied migrant minors in detention.

The factsheets have been published on the Court’s website and provide a rapid overview of the most relevant cases on specific topics. They have been translated into various languages and aim to increase awareness about the Court’s judgments in order to improve the domestic implementation of the Convention.
