On 20 November 2018, Europol’s EU Internet Referral Unit (EU IRU) organised a joint Referral Action Day together with national referral units from seven Member States and third parties, targeting online material linked to terrorist activities. This time, 7393 items were assessed and referred to participating online platforms, requesting their review.
