The new anti-fraud institutional and legislative landscape of the European Union

The conference aspires to take stock of the new challenges brought forward by a changing institutional and legislative anti-fraud environment. It’s aim is further raising the awareness of the judiciary and other branches of the legal profession for the protection of the financial interests of the Union by improving the understanding of the practical implications that the new EU anti-fraud legislation may entail on investigation practices and preventive measures and by discussing about the cooperation between the main actors involved in the protection of financial interest of the European Union.
