Objective
This seminar aims at better understanding the recent jurisprudence of the Court of Justice of the EU in the area of the rule of law. During several case studies the most important and ground breaking judgments will be analysed, including the arguments of the parties and the reasoning of the Court.

The event is organised by ERA in cooperation with the Ministry of Justice – under the auspices of the Finnish Presidency of the European Union.
