Objective
This hybrid conference will bring legal and policy practitioners up to date by providing an overview of the latest policy developments, legislative initiatives and case law in the field of hate speech and other illegal online content, with a focus on the EU Proposal for a Digital Services Act (DSA), reforming the existing EU e-commerce legal framework.
