Objective
This webinar provides a structured overview of how European and international legal frameworks safeguard children’s rights in the digital environment. It examines the interaction between the GDPR, DSA, AI Act, ECHR and the UN Convention on the Rights of the Child, with particular attention to consent, parental controls, age-appropriate design and the “best interests of the child”.
