European Public Prosecutor’s Office – latest developments for European lawyers

The European Lawyers Foundation (ELF), in collaboration with the Council of Bars and Law Societies of Europe (CCBE), is organising a free half-day webinar (in English) on the European Public Prosecutor’s Office (EPPO). Fabio Giuffrida from the European Commission will report on current legislative and policy developments and Michele Simonato from the EPPO will provide an overview of how the EPPO operates. Following this, criminal defence lawyers will report on their practical work in relation to defending cases with the EPPO. Registration for the seminar is free. It is co-funded by the European Union.
