The conference will evaluate critically the transformation of EU law in the digital age. The conference brings together leading experts on a wide range of areas of EU law, ranging from criminal justice and immigration law to internal market and data protection law. Contributions from a multi-disciplinary perspective will address the challenges digitalisation poses on well-established legal principles, on fundamental rights and on the rule of law.
