Objective
This online seminar will provide lawyers with an update on the recent case law of the Court of Justice of the European Union (CJEU) in European criminal justice, as well as relevant case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR).
Advice on making valid applications to the ECtHR and CJEU will be given, enabling the participants to apply their knowledge of substantive EU law before the EU courts.
