ECtHR Criminal Justice Update 2026

Objective 

This online seminar will provide legal practitioners with a practical update on the latest case law of the European Court of Human Rights (ECtHR) relevant to criminal law and criminal procedure, focusing primarily on developments in 2025 and 2026.
