The law faculty of the University of Zurich (chair of Prof. Nadine Zurkinden) organises a talk about the hotly debated topic of e-evidence. Issues tackled in the EU and in Switzerland will be raised in key note speeches by distinguished legal experts Prof. Vanessa Franssen, Dr. Nicola Hofer and Dr. Christian Kunz. A panel discussion follows the key note speeches. Afterwards participants are invited for a reception with drinks.
