Objective
The seminar aims to address the practical implementation and enforcement challenges of the DSA at both national and EU levels.
It will tackle topics such as first enforcement proceedings, implementation of the groundbreaking out-of-court dispute settlement procedures, practical challenges in realising transparency and accountability in platform governance.
