Objective
This conference will provide an update concerning the regulatory framework of EU financial regulation and supervision. The topics discussed will include the AML package and AMLA, the payments legislative framework, and digital and sustainable finance. Special attention will be given to the Corporate Sustainability Due Diligence Directive and its implications. Remaining challenges with respect to supervision and compliance with the requirements of the DORA will also form part of the agenda.
