Objective

The aim of this online seminar is to address mechanisms and legal solutions as foreseen in the DSA aiming at finding the right balance between the need to protect freedom of expression, the conditions of the digital world and the interests at stake. 
The focus will be placed on new obligations for DSA addressees’ (intermediary services, hosting services, online platforms and search engines, VLOPs), and new rights of their users. The implementation challenges of the DSA at national and EU level will also be addressed.
