Marta Cartabia is a Professor of Constitutional Law at Bocconi University and Co-President of the International Society of Public Law (ICON-S). She has been the president of the Italian Constitutional Court. She has been serving as Minister of Justice in the government of Prime Minister Mario Draghi since 2021.
